If there is one thing we can learn from the kayak industry, it’s that there is something great to be said from a highly resistant material to make your favorite toy out of that eliminates most of the concerns associated with paddlesports.

While our Epoxy boards are very strong compared to the industry standard, you cannot compare Epoxy laminates to the strength and versatility of a rotomolded  plastic watercraft. The impact resistance and wear resistance of high density polyethylene is amazing, and this means that you can take your paddleboard down easy whitewater rivers, or shallow lakes without having to worry about damaging it. It can be used for rentals in tourist places because no matter how much abuse you throw at it, it’ll stand up to it.

A HDPE board is hollow inside, with the strength of the shell coming from the material and the shape of the board combined to make a rigid shell thats both performing and resistant.
